The money raised will help Marie Curie Nurses to provide more free care to local people with terminal illnesses in their own homes and in the two Scottish Marie Curie Hospices in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Mr McMillan said:
“I’m delighted to show my support for Marie Curie’s Blooming Great Tea Party campaign. This is a great cause and I am more than happy to add my name in support.
“It’s not just a fun event for you to host and entertain your nearest and dearest. Hosting a Blooming Great Tea Party is a fantastic way to raise money for Marie Curie too, helping us care for more people living with a terminal illness.
“I would like to wish those involved in the campaign every success for the future.”
